PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Regardless of a patient's location during their hospital stay, the Capnostream 35 Portable Respiratory Monitor provides continuous, noninvasive, and real-time respiratory status monitoring. The monitor uses proprietary Molecular Correlation Spectroscopy technology uses CO2 specific infrared (IR) wavelengths which are highly accurate and unaffected by other gases such as, O2, N2O, He, or other inhaled anesthetics. Additionally, the Integrated Pulmonary Index algorithm combines four real-time metrics (etCO2, SpO2, respiratory rate, and pulse rate) to provide an inclusive assessment of a patient's respiratory status into a single number.
